I love my car, I really do. I bought it as loaded as I could, with the exception of the Luxury Package. I didn’t really care one way or another about the sunroof, and the alloy wheels were ok, but not great.

That said, there’s a good number of things I don’t have in my car that I really would have prefered. VW makes some damn fine vehicles, and they don’t ship any of them here. But I can get the parts! So I intend over the years to turn my Golf into the car it should have been. Some mods will be all OEM, some… not so much.
